Kingsfield Primary School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our team. In this vital role, you will play a key part in ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and supportive lunchtime experience for our students.

Job title: Midday Supervisor (MDSA)

Location: Kingsfield Primary School

Contract: Permanent, Part-Time, 7.5 hours per week 11:45am - 1:45pm - with flexibility, 38 weeks per year.

Salary: ALT Grade B - £4,009.59 - £4,041.11 Annually Actual

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising students during their lunch breaks across various areas, including the dining hall, playground, and cloakrooms
Encouraging positive social interactions and healthy meal choices
Ensuring the health, safety, welfare, and safeguarding of students during lunch breaks
Assisting with dining area organisation and clean-up, including managing minor spillages
Upholding and modelling the Academy's values, ethos, and behavioural standards
