Vacancy for Midday Supervisor

Salary: Grade 3, Point 2

Hours of work: 22.5 Hours, Monday- Friday 09.30am - 2pm, Term time only.

Do you have experience support children and an ability to communicate effectively? Are you positive and motivated? We have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and engaging Midday Supervisor, who strongly believes in the inclusion and acceptance of all students at Nene Park Academy.

The Opportunity

Join a supportive, enthusiastic team.
To supervise children during their lunch periods.
Ensure the safety, welfare, physical and mental well-being of all pupils.
Arrange and supervise activities, under direction of the Cover Manager.

The ideal candidate

Has a good educational background with GCSE or equivalent in the English Language.
Experienced in supporting children.
Is aware of child protection issues.
Understands the concept of confidentiality.
Communicates effectively with all.
Has a positive and enthusiastic approach towards work.
