The Colman Schools are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Midday Supervisory Assistant to join the team. 

The main duties of the role will include: 

  • Supervising children whilst eating in the dining hall
  • Supervising children on the playground
  • Encouraging and engaging with positive play and good behaviour
  • Maintaining a safe and inclusive environment
  • Administering first aid when required.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable and has the ability to work as part of a close-knit team. All training including safeguarding and first aid training will be offered as part of the role.
