Midday Supervisory Assistant job summary

We're looking for 2 conscientious, enthusiastic and flexible Midday Supervisory Assistants who are hard working and energetic and who have high expectations of pupils

and a good sense of humour and fun. To start as soon as possible.

The main Duties

• Prepare dining hall by setting out furniture, plates, cutlery etc
• Supervising and assisting children in the dining hall while eating.
• Supervising in the playground after children have finished eating.
• Recording any incidents or accidents
• Clearing away furniture and eating utensils
• Cleaning the dining hall ready for use by afternoon classes.

What we are looking for:

• Experience of working with primary age children, including children with additional needs.
• The ability to encourage and inspire young people
• An effective team worker, who understands a school's roles and responsibilities and their own position within these.
• Food hygiene and first aid certificates would be advantageous.
