Midday Supervisory Assistant (Play Leader) - more than 1 position available
BASED AT: Campton Academy
SALARY/GRADE RANGE: NJC Level 1D Points 1-3 pro rata (£20,258 - £20,812 FTE)
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 11.55am - 1.05pm (5 hours 50 mins per week)
RESPONSIBLE TO: Principal / SENDCo /Classroom Teacher

Campton Academy is a growing lower school with an exciting
future. With this in mind, we are
seeking to appoint two enthusiastic and dedicated midday supervisory assistants
to join our friendly and supportive team.
We pride ourselves on being an inclusive and welcoming
school with strong values.
You will need to demonstrate
good communication skills, high expectations and a passion for working with
children. Flexibility and enthusiasm are equally important qualities.
You
will also help organise groups of children in games on the playground at
lunchtime and supervise children eating their lunch. A willingness to give first aid is also
desirable but training will be given.
You will need to have good communication skills and be able to interact
with children and adults in an enthusiastic and positive way.
A key responsibility will involve promoting children’s welfare and being vigilant to any sign of safeguarding needs.

Applicants must be willing to undertake a DBS clearance and the Academy must receive two satisfactory references before the successful candidate can commence employment.
