Midday Supervisory Manager job summary

We are looking for someone who:

  • Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students during lunchtime, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Manage staffing and deployment of resource across lunch areas and play spaces, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Engage with students in a friendly and supportive manner, promoting good behaviour and resolving any minor conflicts.
  • Collaborate with school staff to provide a consistent and caring presence, enhancing the overall school experience for students.
