New Rickstones Academy is seeking to appoint a Modern Foreign Languages teacher due to increased popularity and staffing expansion to account for rapidly increasing student numbers. New Rickstones Academy is graded ‘Good’(May 2018) and has a state of the art new building offering fantastic facilities for both students and staff. We have a committed and ambitious team which includes colleagues from Pearsons Award winners, Future Leaders, and have been very successful at developing teachers and leaders with progression both within and beyond the academy.
All colleagues play their part and contribute to whole school improvement through our distributed leadership model. If you embody these values and have high expectations, you will be very successful working with us.
This role is suitable for an experienced teacher with a proven track record of high performance as well as ambitious NQTs and professionals who are within their first few years of teaching.

New Rickstones Academy is graded ‘Good’ (May 2018) and has a state of the art new building offering fantastic facilities for both students and staff. Over the last 7 years the academy has seen a huge increase in student numbers, with the number of students on roll more than doubling. The academy is now oversubscribed and our new build opened September 2022 to meet this demand. New Rickstones Academy is a great place to work with a friendly and supportive staff team. Staff numbers have also increased and the academy is proud to boast high staff retention rates. Staff development is a priority with an extensive and hugely successful CPD (Continuing Professional Development) program to further develop our excellent staff.
