About the roles
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and skilled Music Teacher to join our team, the hours are currently 8.5 hours per week covering both Tuesday and Wednesday 11.30am – 4.30pm, these are to be worked during term time.
You will plan and deliver interesting and educational music lessons across the school, ranging from Reception through to Year 6. Through these lessons you will engage and inspire our children, encouraging them to explore interesting and new sounds.
You will be passionate about music and will be keen to develop young children’s love for this subject too, giving them the confidence and encouragement they need to join in with other age appropriate musical activities that the school has to offer.
As part of planning and delivering of these lessons you will communicate effectively with the Class Teacher to ensure the learning within the music lessons and the classroom complement and enhance each other well to allow our children to develop their full potential.

Job requirements
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
