Named Pupil Teaching Assistant

Salary: Grade C, £20,441 - £21,968 (DOE), FTE, pro rata
Actual Salary: £11,879 - £12,767 (DOE) actual salary, pro rata

Contract: Fixed term until August 2027, term time only, 25 hours per week

You would be working with a named pupil on a 1:1 basis. This would include supporting the pupil in class, delivering any relevant intervention sessions, and ensuring the pupil has access to the curriculum at the appropriate level.

As a successful applicant, you will:

  •         Have great communication skills along with IT & Administrative knowledge.
  •        Be willing to take part in ongoing training and update skills including completing a vocational qualification.
  •        Demonstrate discretion to make minor decisions, under the direction of the line manager.
  •         Show emotional resilience, working with children and supporting behaviour management.
