We are a forward thinking, fast paced Primary Academy Trust who are looking to recruit Newly Qualified Teachers to work within our St Neots based schools, primarily The Round House Primary Academy and Winhills Primary Academy.

We need you to add your energy and aspirations to our welcoming and enthusiastic staff team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about offering children an environment which encourages them to love learning and welcome applications from NQT’s who can deliver good quality classroom experience, set high standards and enable our children to achieve at a level beyond their expectations.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Nursery Manager to join us at Winhills Primary Academy.
Job purpose:

• To manage the day to day running of the Nursery to include co-ordinating the provision of a caring, safe, secure and stimulating environment, meeting the minimum Ofsted requirements.

• To plan a range of activities based on an observation and assessment cycle for children aged 2 – 4+ years.

• Managing a staff team, working under the direction of the EYFS Leader and the Headteacher to ensure policies and procedures are implemented at all times.

• To fulfil legal and statutory requirements
