The role

We are looking for warm, outgoing, authentic, passionate and inspiring Nursery Nurses to join our growing team. We have a beautiful nursery with a large outdoor learning area and are looking for practitioners who believe in giving children a range of experiences and opportunities to learn through play.
We are a friendly team and are excited for new members to join us in our journey to become an outstanding nursery. We are happy to discuss part time options for the right candidates.
The successful candidates will have access to ongoing training opportunities, receive competitive rates of pay and can claim a wide range of retail perks and discounts. .
We are looking for Levels 2, 3 and above to join our expanding team. We can offer full or part-time patterns (full days 8-6 or shifts of 8am - 1pm or 1 - 6pm). Full-time patterns are worked over 4 days with a day off per week.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Experience of working with children, including babies.
Ability to work as an effective member of a team.
Ability to communicate effectively with other members of staff and parents.
Energetic, articulate and passionate about delivering outstanding care and education to young children.
Sound record-keeping skills.
Achieved a Level 2 qualification in childcare or higher.
A good understanding of Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy and Procedure.
Paediatric First Aid training.
An ability to use IT systems.

Welcome to NOA's Ark Nursery.
We are a day nursery in Banbury for children aged 0-5, aiming to provide the best possible care and education for local families. Based in a purpose-built, environmentally friendly building with its own spacious garden, NOA’s Ark offers babies and children the chance to explore the world around them and develop in a safe, nurturing and exciting environment.
Choosing the right nursery is a difficult decision to make. We hope that we can make that easier for parents by providing a welcoming, safe environment where children feel confident and at home.
Giving each child the best start in their learning adventure is something we take very seriously with our 0–5 year olds, striving to encourage, teach and enable the ‘best’ in each child who spends time with us.
