What skills and experience we're looking for

The post holder will support the effective operation of the academy’ssafeguarding service. They will act as a first point of contact for any safeguarding and child protection concerns,providing timely, relevant support and advice in order to safeguard students, making external referrals to a range ofagencies, as and when appropriate. They will be responsible for promoting safeguarding to students and staff withinthe academy, including providing high quality safeguarding related training, to ensure the academy meets all statutorysafeguarding requirements.
