We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Non teaching Head of Year who is passionate about working with young people.
This role is ideal for leaders passionate about setting high expectations and those with a belief that every child can succeed, getting the very best out of their secondary education. Our pastoral team plan collaboratively to develop students’ self-discipline, embed our values and key character traits and build their understanding of their place in the world around them. Our pastoral care and support ensure students are happy and can thrive in secondary school.
We offer a range of enrichment opportunities beyond the academic curriculum for our students, including trips abroad, rewards to motivate excellence in learning, strong attendance and to build a sense of community in each year group.
