We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.
We are looking for a suitably qualified, motivated and enthusiastic Non-teaching Head of Year to join us in our journey towards ‘Outstanding’.
The successful candidate will responsible for the leadership and management of the year. They will also be a dynamic and motivational individual, with the ambition to consistently challenge yourself to be a successful leader of students, no matter what should arise. The successful candidate will provide highly effective pastoral care to their year group and promote and secure a culture of high expectations for all students.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for improving outcomes for young people and who is looking to progress in their career. You will be well supported by the pastoral manager and team.

The Crestwood School is a secondary school for children between the ages of 11 and 16. It is a coeducational establishment which was converted to academy status in March 2015. It is based in the town of Kingswinford, West Midlands, in Dudley. At present, the Crestwood School has around 645 students being educated at the establishment.
Crestwood School and Sixth Form exists to provide an unrivalled learning environment for the young people in our local and wider community.
