Northampton Cluster Business Partner
Reporting to: Chief Financial Operations Officer
Terms:
Permanent: 52 weeks per year
Salary: Grade K Point 32
Working Hours: 37 Weeks hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Location: The post-holder will be working across three of our academies – The Abbey Primary School, Standens Barn Primary School and Kingsley Primary School, with frequent work from our Head Office in Lamport.
The ideal candidate will:
Have finance experience ideally from within a multi academy trust or academy background (although not essential)
Have experience working with PFI schools
Be confident using accounting software and be comfortable and enthusiastic about using new and innovative software packages
Work proactively, embrace new challenges and have a drive to learn
Have the ability to manage their own time and prioritise
Be flexible and work as a team player
