NQT / RQT Primary job summary

This is a golden opportunity for an enthusiastic and creative newly or recently qualified teacher for a September 2020 start at this popular one form entry primary school. The school was graded as a strong Good by OFSTED in May 2016 and has continued to develop its highly creative curriculum and growth mind-set pedagogy. All staff at the school have a passion and understanding of what effective learning is and help to inspire our pupils to be the best they can be. Students currently in their final year of training are strongly encouraged to apply.
We can offer you well behaved and hard working pupils who learn through a greater depth curriculum model. Our Governors are highly effective at supporting the school and are passionate about ensuring staff welfare. The school works closely with its cluster schools and there will be many opportunities for an inexperienced teacher to grow and develop further through our collaboration projects and support.
The successful candidate will also benefit from being supported by experienced school leaders currently at the school and NQTs will receive guaranteed professional development time. As an NQT / RQT you will have the opportunity to develop your teaching skills in a primary school with strong and visionary leaders who value creativity and the Arts as well as the more data driven subjects.
All staff at KVPS are TEAM players and support each other expertly
The school has developed a wide range of extra curricular activities, opportunities and experiences for our pupils
Although advertised early for a September 2020 start the school is looking to recruit a resilient and creative teacher who has shown through their training dedication to the profession, a passion for learning and the potential to become an outstanding teacher.
Further information and application forms can be located on our website.
Visits to the school are recommended and should be organised by contacting the school directly.
At KVPS we are committed to the safeguarding of all our children and enhanced DBS checks will be carried out for suitable candidates
