Wells Hall Primary School is a large school located in Great Cornard. We are a two-form entry school with a nursery, for pupils aged 3-11.
We aim for excellence in all that we undertake. Our school provides a broad and balanced curriculum complemented by an exciting range of extra-curricular activities. Our aim is to inspire our children with confidence in their own ability so that they are well prepared for a smooth transfer to the secondary phase of their education.
At Wells Hall Primary School, we see education as a partnership between our committed and loyal staff, interested parents and motivated pupils. This is why we feel well equipped to provide teaching and learning opportunities, which will help prepare our children well for the increasingly complex world in which we live.
Personal, social and moral education are high on the agenda at Wells Hall. The school provides a caring and secure environment, with opportunities provided to discuss and explore issues around growing up and developing as successful members of the community.
Our close links with Thomas Gainsborough School and the wider local community develop within the children a sense of responsibility, instilling in them a sense of individual worth and a respect for others.
