Lingwood Primary Academy is seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team in our Nursery classroom.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a nurturing early years environment, supporting young children in their learning, development, and wellbeing. We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a positive and engaging experience for all children.

At Lingwood, we are passionate about learning and aim for our children to grow as outstanding learners with the skills and confidence to take on whatever challenges the future may bring. We have almost 180 children on roll aged 3-11 and our dedicated team of teachers and support staff aim to provide a caring and challenging environment in which children thrive. Our happy and stimulating learning environment is further enhanced by the curriculum enrichment opportunities we offer our pupils – this is made possible by the fantastic facilities and resources we have access to, including an abundance of outdoor space. Our new £4 million building was completed in August 2014 and provides us with nine teaching bases, a large hall, cookery area, sound proof music room, as well as a superbly fitted library at the heart of the school. We are also fortunate enough to have our own pond at the front of the school and access to a woodland area from the adjoining farm.
