What skills and experience we're looking for
The directors would like to appoint a member of staff to the role of early years assistant to work in our nursery, Bright Stars. The successful applicant will have a good knowledge of how to support early years children.
We are looking for a member of staff who is a good team player and clear of how to develop children’s self-regulation under the guidance of the managers. The candidate will have the ability to form positive relationships with children quickly.
Level 2 Early Years childcare is essential.
Safeguarding is a very important aspect of Bright Stars Nursery. All applicants will be expected to have a full DBS check and disclose any issues which may be relevant to them working in a school.
