Nursery Class Administrative and Finance Assistant
Pickwick Academy Trust would like to recruit a permanent, part-time Administrative and Finance Assistant based at Ivy Lane School.
Hours: 15 hours per week, 8.45am-11.45am, Monday to Friday, 39 weeks per year term time only, excluding TD days with 5 floating days to be taken during the year as required.
Salary range: F9– F11, £25,119-26,421 pro rata, per annum (actual salary £8759 - £9213 per annum), dependent on experience.
The successful candidate is required to start as soon as possible.
Ivy Lane School is a two-form entry Primary School in the centre of Chippenham, Wiltshire. We are looking to appoint a committed and flexible Nursery Administrative and Finance Assistant, to support the Admin Officer in the day-to-day running of our nursery classroom. Being able to work as part of a team is essential as well as being able to use your own initiative. A positive outlook and a sense of humour is essential! The successful candidate will need excellent communication and liaison skills as well as experience of working in an office environment (preferably a nursery) with some finance knowledge.
The jobholder must demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. This will involve undertaking annual Safeguard training and using school reporting systems for any Safeguard concerns.
