INFORMATION ABOUT OUR SCHOOL

We are a Maintained Nursery School for children aged 2-5, with a passionate and experienced staff team. We put children at the heart of all we do, providing a truly child centred education.

Our Mission statement is “An oasis in the heart of Liverpool; our large mature garden hosts Forest School. We are a multicultural School of Sanctuary, a place where all our little people thrive and learn.”

We received School of Sanctuary status, in recognition of the work we do in partnership with all our families, believing that this is the way that children will thrive, grow and learn, making the best progress. We love learning outdoors in our fabulous garden and were one of the first schools in Liverpool to pioneer Forest School for Nursery age children.

Ofsted have rated us as Good with Outstanding features (July 2016) and said about us:

“This is a school that places a high value on the individual language and culture of each child, family and member of staff. Everybody is considered important.”
