What skills and experience we're looking for
Our Successful Candidate
We are looking to appoint a committed and creative teacher who works well in a team and has high aspirations for all pupils. You may be new to teaching or experienced in the role. You will be our first Nursery teacher, and as such we look forward to working with you to explore new ideas and make our provision excellent. You will work closely with the Reception Class teacher, sharing the outdoor environment, and having collaborative PPA. We encourage you to come and visit us or speak with us to see if we are the right setting for you.

ECT Offer
If you are an ECT we offer the following:
· ECT Training through Ambition Institute.
· Weekly Mentor Meetings to Coach and Support you, with an experienced mentor.
· Weekly Release time, covered internally by your mentor – to maintain high expectations and support you.
· A supportive team of teachers, some of whom have trained through their ECT with us and can guide/support you on your ECT years.
Experienced Teacher Offer
If you are an experienced teacher, we can offer the following:
· Bespoke training to support your professional development.
· The opportunity to become a mentor for trainee teachers or ECTs.
· Subject leadership across a variety of subjects.

We are delighted that we are opening a Nursery in January 2025 and are looking for a class teacher for the Nursery to join our committed staff team.
