Nursery/Early Years Apprentice
Contract: 12 months fixed term contract (or end of apprenticeship)
Hours: 37 hrs per week, (term time plus 1 week)
Working pattern: Mon-Fri (shift patterns to be agreed) between 7:35-5:55
Salary: Apprenticeship Rate (£6.40 per hour)
Site: Welbourne Primary Academy Nursery

Your role:
As a Nursery/Early Years Apprentice, you will be an integral part of our dedicated nursery team whilst completing a level 2 apprenticeship. Under the guidance of the Nursery Manager, you will assist in providing high-quality education and care for young children. Your responsibilities will include supporting the EYFS curriculum, facilitating both adult-led and child-initiated activities, and ensuring the well-being of the children. You will also be involved in meal preparation, maintaining records, and working closely with parents and other professionals. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a genuine passion for early childhood development.
