Oakhill Church School and Nursery provides quality care and education for all children, aged 2-4. We are seeking to appoint a passionate and enthusiastic Nursery Lead to join our team. The individual should be highly motivated, organised and be able to deliver high quality care and education. The nursery is open 8.45-3.15 Monday- Friday, term time only. This role also involve supporting our before and after school cub which run 7.45-16.15.
The successful candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Has a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
- Experience of leading a team
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience of working within a nursery setting.
- Has a working knowledge of safeguarding.
- Be confident with Ofsted inspections and requirements.
- Display a range of attributes including personal organisation, initiative, positivity, passion, enthusiasm and a caring nature.
- Desirable qualifications- level 4/5/6, QTS, EYT, or EYP
