Further details about the role

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Nursery Leader to join our caring and supportive nursery which is part of our small rural primary school. We currently have a small setting of up to 12 children at any one time. Alongside the nursery leader there are two other part time members of staff each working 3 days. The nursery leader will be responsible for all areas as set out in the job description attached.

This post will be a full-time position and the successful candidate will be required to have a good working knowledge of the EYFS 2023 curriculum and experience with working with children from 2-5 years. A relevant qualification in Early Years will be required.

We are a small school and nursery situated in the village of Woore on the Shropshire/Cheshire/Staffordshire border. We have 3 classes and a nursery. Our grounds are extensive and include a forest school area, daily mile track, polytunnel, outdoor building and a range of playground equipment. We take children from the surrounding area including Staffordshire and Cheshire.
