What skills and experience we're looking for

Candidates will need to demonstrate: • An exceptional qualified EYFS Teacher or experienced Nursery practitioner or leader who has a proven track record of having a positive impact on the outcomes for children. • A committed professional with high expectations of children’s achievement and behaviour. • A true role model, setting an example to children, staff and whole school community. • A person with vision, passion and the highest expectations with the ability to work closely with the Headteacher, EYFS Lead, staff and parents. • An excellent understanding of child development.
