What skills and experience we're looking for

Bridgwater College Academy are recruiting a Qualified Nursery Manager to provide high quality childcare and Early Years learning in a safe and stimulating environment.

This position is for 37 hours per week, on a fixed term maternity cover contract.

It is essential that you have a minimum of a full and relevant NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Childcare and Education or Equivalent and an in depth understanding of the new EYFS framework.

The role requires an effective leader with good communication and motivation skills as well as a real desire and capability to achieve the highest standards in childcare and show enthusiasm and commitment.
