What skills and experience we're looking for

We're looking to appoint an enthusiastic, nurturing and experienced nursery practitioner/teacher to lead our nursery team in Knight’s Nursery.

The role will be to provide professional leadership and management of the nursery to deliver the highest standards of care and education. Our ideal candidate would be confident, calm and patient and be highly skilled in building a positive relationship with children and their families. Suitable applicants will need to demonstrate their ability to lead and work as a part of a team, have a sound understanding of child development and the Early Years Framework, have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and show a commitment to supporting children with individual academic, welfare and medical needs.

We require applicants to have at least three year’s experience working in early years and hold a full and relevant qualification in Early Years at Level 3 or above (Early Years Degree preferred).
