What skills and experience we're looking for
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Previous Nursery Manager experience, including excellent EYFS and Safeguarding knowledge.
- Experience of working in an Ofsted Good or Outstanding setting and preparing for Ofsted inspections
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A passionate and positive attitude towards working with children
- A full and relevant childcare qualification (level 3 or above)
