Nursery Nurse Assistant job summary

This is a permanent, part-time/term-time role

30 hours a week, Monday to Friday

Full-time equivalent Salary: £23,925 per annum

Pro rata Salary: £17,068.45 per annum (based on working arrangements)

We are seeking a Nursery Nurse Assistant to join us at Cuddington Community Primary School. In this role you will work as a member of the nursery school team to ensure that all children attending the setting receive high quality care, are kept safe and receive rich and stimulating play experiences which meet their individual needs.

We would like to hear from you if you are an enthusiastic individual who can apply your outstanding childcare skills in our Nursery. You will have a proactive, can-do approach to your work, be effective at building professional relationships at all levels and have excellent organisational and communication skills. You will have attained a Level 3 qualification or equivalent, in a relevant subject.

As a Nursery Nurse Assistant, you will plan and implement daily activities ensuring children’s needs are met. You will provide safe, creative and appropriate play opportunities, ensuring that all relevant records are maintained. Food provision is carried out within the statutory guidelines.

The successful candidate will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
