- have high expectations of our children

- be a good team player who can learn alongside and encourage their colleagues
- be a reflective practitioner
- collaborate with colleagues, children and parents with professionalism, enthusiasm – and a sense of humour!
In return we can offer:
- a vibrant and happy school which welcomes new ideas
- positive, well-behaved children who are motivated and engaged in their learning
- a friendly and welcoming team
- a commitment to ensuring staff reach their full potential
