What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to strengthen our Reception team and need Early Years Practitioners with at least 2 years’ experience of working in a Primary School Reception Classroom in the past three years. We will only consider applicants with this experience and previous applicants/ trials should not apply (unless they have gained the above experience).
Applicants must:
* be able to write and record observations in the online journal TAPESTRY
* be able to use basic Microsoft tools and check/respond to emails
* be able to set up continuous provision indoors and outdoors following detailed plans. be able to work in a team and listen to colleagues.
* be able to support phonics and carry out interventions. be proactive and able to lead whole class and small group activities
