What skills and experience we're looking for

    • The successful applicant must be:
    • able to priorities and be attentive to the care, safety and wellbeing needs of the children
    • able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with children, staff and parents
    • positive, enthusiastic, committed and self-motivated
    • have good oral and written communications skills
    • have experience of working in a pre-school setting or other PVI experience.  able to work effectively as part of a team, accept challenges and motivate others
