  • Full time - Brailes C of E Primary School is looking for a talented teacher for a mixed Nursery and Reception class. The position is a full time (Monday - Friday) permanent contract. Official school hours are 8.55am - 3.15pm.

What skills and experience we're looking for

Brailes C of E Primary School, part of The Stour Federation multi academy trust in south Warwickshire with Shipston Primary School, Acorns Primary School and Kineton C of E Primary School, is looking for an excellent full-time teacher in Early Years from 1st January 2024.

We would be keen to hear about your professional experience and what you can offer. Visits to our school are highly recommended as our Nursery/Reception classroom is recently extended and refurbished and we have an extensive and picturesque outdoor learning area.

We are looking for an inspiring and professionally thoughtful candidate who must be able to use a range of pedagogical techniques and appropriate strategies to see the needs of all children.

To be the successful candidate, you will need to have good experience of working in school, have an excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and be both creative and passionate about learning. You must have high expectations for children to flourish.

Applications are most welcome from Early Career teachers as well as more experienced teachers or aspiring middle leaders - a full supportive package will be provided, including coaching, mentoring, curriculum resources and working alongside Trust Improvement Leaders and Nursery/Reception teachers across the Trust.

The school serves the villages of Upper and Lower Brailes, as well as Winderton, Sutton under Brailes, Stourton, Cherington and Whichford.
