Are you passionate about early childhood education and eager to inspire young learners? Kents Hill School & Nursery in Milton Keynes is seeking a dedicated Nursery Teacher or Nursery Leader to join our vibrant team and lead our team of Early Years practitioners.

The Role

This role is more than just teaching—it’s about leading with vision and compassion. We’re looking for someone who will not only model excellent early years practice but also energise and inspire those around them. As a key leader in the early years setting, you will help shape our nursery's ethos and drive high standards through collaboration and shared ambition.

As the Nursery Teacher / Leader, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a team of nursery staff to deliver high-quality early years education.
  • Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of our children.
  • Develop and implement engaging learning activities that promote curiosity and exploration.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed and involved in their child's learning journey.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
