What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and committed Nursery Class Teacher to work as part of our school Trust.
The desired candidate will be hardworking, honest, dependable and self-motivated in order to uphold the ethos, aims and values of the Trust and work within our 2-11 age range primary school.

- All teachers should be knowledgeable in implementing current good practice across all areas of teaching. We are looking for teachers who enjoy teaching and have a desire to contribute to the development of the whole school.
- We are also looking for teachers who work collaboratively to share expertise, which creates great opportunities for children and teachers.
- Teachers who promote a love of learning. Nurturing individuals who comfortably engage in high quality interactions with our youngest children
We are looking for applicants with:
- Excellent classroom practice and experience of workingthrough theprimary range;
- Effective communication skills and a commitment to acollaborative team approach including communicating with parents
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Energy, loyalty, passion and integrity;
- An ambition to develop leadership skills and qualities;High aspirations forall children, themselvesand a desire to raise standards;
- QTS and an undergraduate degree.
