We are looking for a creative and innovative teacher for our outstanding, thriving, Church of England Primary School in West London.

Essential educational requirements
Have qualified teacher status (QTS), recognised by the DFE
Essential skills and experience
Be able to create a stimulating, interesting and effective learning environment which promotes high standards of behaviour and attitudes to learning;
Show commitment and enthusiasm for raising pupils’ achievement;
Have a working knowledge of the early years curriculum and its assessment;
Make use of effective planning and record keeping procedures to meet the needs of all children;
Have a clear understanding of inclusion issues and an awareness of how to cater for individual needs; children with SEN and those from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds, including those for whom English is an additional language;
Be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing to all members of the wider school community;
Be a team member and be able to delegate to and manage support staff;
