What skills and experience we're looking for

• Hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in education, childcare, or a similar field
• Have experience of working in EYFS settings
• Be passionate about children’s learning and development, helping young children succeed and reach their full potential
• Be calm, flexible, patient, and empathetic
• Be a hardworking, reliable, and committed team player
• Be ambitious, energetic, and creative, with a desire to contribute to the whole Academy
