Your Role:
As a Nursery Playworker, you will:

  • Support children with a range of needs in group and individual activities.
  • Assist teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering child-centred activities.
  • Supervise children in a variety of settings, providing safe and creative play opportunities.
  • Foster growth, self-esteem, independence, and positive learning.
  • Carry out personal care and hygiene duties and administer first aid when needed.
  • Promote school values and maintain effective communication with children, staff, and families.

  • A caring and creative approach to supporting young children.
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with children and adults.
  • Willingness to work as part of a dedicated team.
  • No formal qualifications required, but experience in a similar role is desirable.
