At Southern Cross School, part of Ambition Community Trust, we are seeking a Nurture Teacher to join our committed and relationally inclusive team.
Working within our dedicated Nurture Department, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them to re-engage with learning and build confidence through care, consistency, and creativity. We’re looking for a nurturing, relationally inclusive practitioner who can bring primary expertise into a specialist setting and who is passionate about inclusion and emotional well-being.

The ideal candidate will have:

Southern Cross School is a Special School for young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. We have recently expanded our provision and now have a brand-new building which has been designed to deliver our therapeutic vision.
