Office Administrator job summary

We have a vacancy for an office administrator to join our team.

The role requires someone who has the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, front-facing professional environment and has excellent time management and administration skills. Duties will be varied, leading administrative support in the school office, undertaking reception duties and dealing with enquiries from parents and visitors. Good personal presentation, a friendly disposition and a willingness to participate in school life are considered important qualities for this position.

As office administrator you will be the first point of call for pupils, parents and visitors to our school. Your role will be varied, requiring excellent organisational,  I.T and communication skills.  

This role is 34.75 hours per week,  working term time plus 5 inset days
