As an Office Assistant, you’ll help make our Academy run like clockwork.You’ll be involved in running the office and supporting the admin team with managing the day to day administrative tasks associated with running a busy Academy. With your efficient, friendly and professional approach you’ll be responsible for accurate pupil records and designated admin responsibilities.
Previous administrative experience and a high degree of computer literacy (Word and Excel) is required and you should be used to working on several administrative tasks and be able to switch between them. Providing excellent customer service to people contacting the Academy will also be a key part of this exciting role. Experience of Parentpay and Evolve would be advantageous.
You should be ready to support our team and build a natural and respectful rapport with our fantastic children.
