We are seeking a special individual who can support our school values as an Office Assistant, an integral part of the smooth running of our school.
Hours - 30.5 hrs per week Term time plus one week (39 weeks per year), Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8am - 3pm & Wednesdays 8am - 12.30pm
Salary - SCP 5-6, Actual Salary £24516 -£24905 pa
Start Date - ASAP

Working alongside the Principal, Finance Officer and School Business Manager, to ensure that the high ambitions we have for our pupils is reflected in the operational side of the school.
- Could you professionally be the first point of contact for the school in person, by phone or email
- Distribute all queries, emails and post to the relevant parts of the school or reply on the schools behalf
- Maintain a professional and tidy work environment including the entrance to school
- Undertake office duties including photocopying. sorting, collating and filling
- Manage and order school supplies
- Maintain Heath & Safety records for compliance
