is seeking to appoint an

Office Co-ordinator

40 weeks per year 8.15am - 4.00 pm, Monday - Friday

£24,294 FTE , approximately £20814 pro rata

Commencing: September 2024

All Saints Academy has an exciting opportunity for a committed Office Co-ordinator to join a vibrant team of enthusiastic, hardworking individuals. We would love you to take your place with us in this fantastic role! Duties vary but include secretarial, computing, administrative and pastoral tasks.

The Office Co-ordinator will often be the first person children, parents and visitors meet when arriving at our school and will be expected to promote and model the values and ethos of our school. A calm, smiling face at all times.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally:

Previous experience of working in a busy office environment

Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

Be enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education

Be highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload

Be able work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils

Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and has the ability to use their initiative

Be able to work flexibly and professionally

A good level of knowledge of English; both written and verbal

Somebody who is keen to work independently and within a team

A sense of humour
