Office & Finance Support Administrator job summary

Willow Bank Infant & Junior Schools are looking for an office & finance support administrator to support the busy school offices. The role will involve responsibility for finance administration including processing orders, uploading invoices onto our finance systems, as well as provide general office support as part of a small team. This unique role, is being offered as either 15 hours or 30 hours and we welcome applications for both as follows;

15 hours:

Position 1) Junior School - 15 hours per week working Tuesday 8:30-12:45, Wednesday 8:30-3:30 (with an unpaid 30-minute lunch break), Thursday 8:30-12:45.

Position 2) Infant School - 15 hours per week, days are flexible for the right person

OR

30 hours per week working Monday - Friday 8:30 - 3:30pm working across both schools.
