Office Manager, Admissions Officer & P.A to the Headteacher job summary
The ideal candidate should:
- Be able to support the management and development of the school office
- Organise, lead and motivate other staff
- Develop, manage and operate clerical/administrative/financial and organisational systems
- Have experience of school admissions processes, policies and procedures
- Be aware of the school’s duty of care in relation to staff, students and visitors
- Have excellent attention to detail and exemplary literacy and numeracy skills
- Be competent in the use of IT packages including word processing, spreadsheets and school MIS systems
- Have the ability to plan, organise and prioritise
- Have understanding of safeguarding, data protection and confidentiality
