Office Manager job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Office Manager to join our busy administration, this role will have line management responsibility.
Hours: 30-35 hours per week Monday to Friday term time plus 3 weeks
Salary: £24,118.46 - £25,583.89 (dependent on hours)

We are looking to recruit someone who:
Has a background in leading administrative functions ideally in a busy office environment
Has excellent IT skills - is fluent with the Microsoft Suite of Applications, including managing the calendar of the school.
Has highly effective written and verbal communication skills
Is able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
Is able to multitask and prioritise
Is well-organised, efficient, flexible, calm, friendly, motivated and passionate about providing an excellent support service to our children, staff and visitors
Enjoys working with people and is looking for a new challenge in a growing organisation
Ability to use their own initiative and experience to develop existing processes and build on existing ones
