St Joseph's Catholic Voluntary Academy, Derby are seeking to appoint an Office Manager to support the smooth running of our school.
Your responsibilities
- To provide general administrative support within the school office and for senior leaders and other teaching staff in the school.
- To promote the ethos of the school when communicating with children, staff, parents, governors and visitors.
- To provide a positive image of the school in accordance with the mission statement.
What are we looking for?
- Experience of working in a busy administrative school role
- Professional, friendly and approachable and able to relate well to staff, students and visitors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
