We are a supportive and nurturing community for CYP, aged 4 -19. Rated Good by Ofsted (Jun 23) and due to growth we are excited to be seeking an Office Manager who will lead our recently restructured office department which spans three local sites! You will be based at the main Exeter House School, but to keep it varied, you may from time to time need to visit our other office colleagues in your team across site, so having access to your own vehicle is desirable, but not essential.

Some responsibilities are detailed below, but are not limited. For a comprehensive review of our successful Office Manager’s role, please see the attached JD/PS. At a glance, you will be able to:

  • Maintain the office calendar, arranging appointments and liaising with colleagues regularly to follow up on external and internal communications.
  • Lead on student lunches, ordering, liaising with the kitchen /classes and developing the process with regard to payment.

  • Delegation of some tasks to other members of the administration team
  • Undertake minutes of Annual Review meetings as required.
  • Lead on purchasing of all orders.

If this sounds like you, we’d love for you to apply to join our welcoming and dedicated team.
