Office Manager job summary
King Offa Primary Academy is looking for an Office Manager to join their friendly team. The Office Manager will hold a key post of responsibility, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the school office.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- a warm, friendly, and professional manner;
- experience in staff management;
- excellent communication skills;
- effective and efficient IT skills;
- a keen eye for detail, producing work of a high standard of quality and accuracy;
- the ability to remain calm and patient under pressure, whilst working to deadlines.

We are a popular school and many year groups are full but we but still have spaces in some classes.
