Office Manager job summary

King Offa Primary Academy is looking for an Office Manager to join their friendly team. The Office Manager will hold a key post of responsibility, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the school office.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • a warm, friendly, and professional manner;
  • experience in staff management;
  • excellent communication skills;
  • effective and efficient IT skills;
  • a keen eye for detail, producing work of a high standard of quality and accuracy;
  • the ability to remain calm and patient under pressure, whilst working to deadlines.
